These are the munchkins that broke us in as grandparents, Jordyn & Shayna.
They trained us well! Their every desire is our pleasure to deliver. I guess, that Aviyah & Sydney will be the best judges of how well we got trained!



This is the Brooklyn Babe.
We are going to miss her growth & alot of the fun of watching Aviyah growup, but between technology and frequent visits...we'll try to cram the grandparent loving in as much as we can.



Tyke # 4 is Sydney.
She will live the closest to us geographically. Just a few minutes away. We can tell already that she knows the importance of communicating to Mommom & Papa how much she loves them..she is always smiling & babbling when she visits.

I guess a little clarification is needed..
Aviyah is the wee one in the suitcase. Her Daddy was coming to Chicago to look in on his Dad after his surgery. Aviyah does not like to miss an opportunity to see her Papa..so, she had her Mommy pack her Cubs hat & popped into the luggage. (The cubbies hat was to entice her Daddy to seriously consider taking her) Alas, she couldn't come, but she and her Mommy kept tabs on Papa's recovery efforts via their video chat on the 'puter.

Aviyah is going to be 4 mo. old Sept. 26th. She is making all sorts of noises & grabbing her toys.
She manages to have conversations with herself & BTW..just luvs the New York Times. She has hair that has a mind of its own & comes up with some great do's from napping in the crib.




The next little darlings are the 3 qt's that live in Chicago.
The 2 on the opposite ends are sisters. Their names are Jordyn (age:4.5 yrs) and Shayna (2.3 yrs) They are very different in personalities, but the same adorable sweethearts to Mommom & Papa! Jordyn is in her last year of pre-school & Shayna is just starting. Her Mommy is going to be in car pool hell....(ooops! sorry! but the kids can't read yet!!)

The smile machine in the middle is Sydney. She was just 4 mo. old
She has just started to grab, holds her head up very well & as i stated before is a smile machine. She can brighten anyone's day when she gives her "ear to ear".
